When fees are charged

Automatic deposits: processing + conversion + network are deducted from the cleared check before USDC/SOL payout.
Human review: the flat $7.50 SOL fee is due when you request review; auto ~2% fees are not stacked on top while that review is open.
Payout happens after clearance — Paycheck does not advance crypto against uncleared funds.
