These legal pages apply to users of getpaycheck.fun and related Paycheck applications, APIs, and operator tools. They cover remote check deposit capture, manual review fees, fiat clearance through partners, and crypto payouts to Solana wallets.
Paycheck is a technology platform. We are not a bank, credit union, or insured depository institution. Check collection and fiat settlement are performed through sponsor banks and processors. Crypto conversion and on-chain transfers use regulated infrastructure and self-custody wallets you control.
